REGISTRATION TO CONFERENCE ON « FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE » BASIS ACCORDING TO PLACE AVAILABILITY.

ALL PAYMENT MUST BE CONFIRMED AS CLEARED FUNDS BEFORE REGISTRATION FORM ARE PROCESSED AND CONFERENCE PLACES ALLOCATED.

REGISTRATION FORMS WITH A FULLY CLEARED FEE PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED BEFORE 31 DECEMBER 2008 IN ORDER TO QUALIFY FOR THE DISCOUNTED EARLYBIRD RATES.

ALL EMS/IWA MEMBERSHIPS WILL BE VERIFIED AS VALID. EMS/IWA INDIVIDUAL MEMBERSHIPS CAN ONLY BE USED BY THE INDIVIDUAL MEMBER WHO IS NAMED ON THE MEMBERSHIP AND ARE NOT TRANSFERABLE

REGISTRATION FORMS RECEIVED WITH INCORRECT MEMBERSHIP DETAILS: REGISTRATION WILL BE PROCESSED WITHOUT DISCOUNT AT THE FULL CONFERENCE RATE.
